The Pinsa Romana king XL is sourdough, ambient stored, vegan & vegetarian and made in Italy with the finest ingredients.

Size: 45cm (L) x 30cm (W) and weihis packed in case of 10 (2 x 5).
Weight: 450g per base

It’s ambient storage so no fridge or freezer required. Keep it in a cool, dry spot at room temperature (no more than 25°C). After opening, try to avoid sudden temperature changes so it stays at its best for longer.

Cooking Instructions
To cook, simply place the product into any type of oven and bake until the crust is golden and the toppings are heated through.

In a wood‑fired oven, cook at 280°C for around 4 minutes. For a stone deck oven, set the temperature to 250°C and bake for approximately 7 minutes. If using an electric fan oven, cook at 280°C with 70% heat from the top and 30% from the base for about 5 minutes. In a conveyor oven, also use 280°C with 80% top heat and 20% bottom heat, allowing roughly 5 minutes for a perfectly finished result.
