Delivery Information
- Delivery is usually via courier, or via pallet service for orders of more than 10 cases to commercial addresses.
- Delivery is free on orders over £150, or £9 on smaller orders.
- We deliver frozen goods Wednesday – Friday across the majority of mainland UK (see post code list below), and you can choose your preferred delivery day at the checkout. Ambient or chilled goods are delivered Tuesday-Saturday.
- Cut-off for next day delivery is 12pm. We will notify you via email when we have despatched your order, and it will be delivered the following day. Please note pallet services need a full 24 hours notice before despatch.
- Courier deliveries will receive a tracking number via email on the day of despatch, and then a time slot on the morning of delivery. Pallet services will call you to book in the day before.
- Please ensure the email you give us is valid and check your junk folder if something is missing.
- Prefer to order via your local wholesaler? Get in touch and we can advise your nearest stockist.
Recommendations for courier-delivered food products
- Please ensure that someone is in on the day of delivery
- We ask the couriers to leave the goods in a safe place if no one answers the door, unless you have asked us to do otherwise.
- Please be aware that once your order leaves us, the courier is in control, so we strongly advise that you order your products well in advance of needing to use them, in case something gets mislaid and we need to re-send.
