Delivery Information

View all of our delivery information below including cut-off time for next day delivery.

Delivery is usually via courier, or via pallet service for orders of more than 10 cases to commercial addresses.
Delivery is free on orders over £150, or charged at £9 on smaller orders.
Delivery days are Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery may also be possible for an additional charge of £10.
Cut-off for next day delivery is 12pm. We will notify you via email when we have despatched your order, and it will be delivered the following day. Please note pallet services need a full 24 hours notice before despatch.
Courier deliveries will receive a tracking number via email on the day of despatch, and then a time slot on the morning of delivery. Pallet services will call you to book in the day before.
Please ensure the email you give us is valid and check your junk folder if something is missing.

We ask the couriers to leave the goods in a safe place if no one answers the door, unless you have asked us to do otherwise.
Please be aware that once your order leaves us, the courier is in control, so we strongly advise that you order your products well in advance of needing to use them, in case something gets mislaid and we need to re-send.
