In an exciting collaboration with the Wildfarmed programme, Virtue is wildly excited with these sourdough pizza doughballs using flour from British regeneratively farmed wheat!

Not only are these sourdough doughballs great for the environment, but they make a wonderful, rich sourdough pizza.

  • Cold ferment for up to 3 days if required
  • Can be knocked back and re-proved for Day 2

Your dough balls may soften slightly in courier transit and should be transferred to your freezer immediately, or if you are intending to use the next day, simply pop them in the fridge to thaw.

This amazing dough will happily last up to 9 months in the freezer and up to 3 days refrigerated.
