When cooking our par-baked pizza or pinsa bases in a TurboChef Fire pizza oven, we recommend an oven temperature of 320 °C top; 360 °C bottom for 2 mins, based on a margherita pizza.
This gives a light charring to the crusts and a superbly authentic Italian style pizza with no specialist chef skills required!
