Our dough balls are made from: Wheat flour (wheat flour, ascorbic acid, malted wheat flour), water, rapeseed oil, rye sourdough, yeast, salt and sugar. May contain traces of Soya, Mustard, Sesame. There are no preservatives, improvers or additives. This gives you the same clean flavour and natural structure that you would expect from handmade artisan dough.
