Can I use them for bread or other recipes?

Absolutely. While our frozen dough balls are designed for authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas, they are also excellent for flatbreads, garlic knots, focaccia or bread rolls. After proving, shape the dough as needed, add toppings or flavourings, and bake as you would any bread dough.
