Ingredients
- 1x 230g Oval Virtue Pinsa Romana base
- 100g Mascarpone
- Fresh Cherries (or Cherries in kirsch)
- 12 blocks of Cadbury Dairy Milk
- 6 blocks Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- Pot of candied Orange peel
- 1 tbsp of Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of Nutmeg
- 1/2 tbsp of dried chilli flakes
- 1 Red chopped Chilli (to help increase the heat)

Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 250 °C. If you have a pizza stone, place on the middle of the rack. (If you are using a stone deck pizza oven preheat to 300°C)
2. Place the Pinsa base in the oven without any toppings and bake for 1 minute. This will warm the surface, making it easier to spread the mascarpone. Remember to keep the oven on as you’ll need to cook the Pinsa again once topped.
4. Spread the mascarpone evenly over the base and dust the cinnamon and nutmeg evenly over.
5. Add 12 chunks of Dairy Milk chocolate on top.
6. Scatter a handful of fresh cherries (or cherries in kirsch) over the Pinsa.
7. Cook for another 4 minutes or until crisp
8. Sprinkle on the candied orange peel.
9. Add ½ teaspoon of dried chilli flakes. Add the chopped chillis to increase heat to taste.
10. Smash the dark chocolate into shards for texture, and scatter over the top.
11. Finish with a few dollops of fresh mascarpone to balance the heat.
