This beloved local institution in Newcastle city centre, is one of a chain of restaurants within department stores, in various locations around the UK.
When their existing supply chain let them down, coming out of lockdown in 2021, the UK head chef Simon contacted us to see if we could supply their restaurants with frozen ready made pizza dough balls on a temporary basis to get them by.
We were able to get samples approved and set up a supply agreement very quickly and all locations across the UK were soon using our sourdough.
Virtue are very proud that the quality of our pizza dough and fast, friendly service has meant this customer remaining with us and putting further business our way ever since!
