The story of Jenno’s Coffee House began with the ambition of serving great coffee in warm welcoming spaces.
In 2012, the Jenno family set out to find the perfect location for their first café in Blaby, Leicestershire. Although it took some time to find the right opportunity, four years later, in 2016, the jenno family opened Coffee Cosmos at 21 Leicester Road, Blaby.
The coffee shop quickly became a success and as their business grew, so did the brand. In November 2018, Cosmos Coffee rebranded as Jenno’s Coffee House, which reflects the family and their roots.
Today, Jenno’s Coffee House operates across five locations, serving high-quality coffee and food to their customers. At its Carlton Park site, the coffee house expanded its offering with pizza, all made possible through its partnership with Virtue and our range of Pinsa Romana products.
Jenno’s Coffee House first met with Virtue at the HRC Show in 2024.
After sampling the Pinsa Romana bases, they thought the quality was authentic and loved that it was an ambient product. They knew straight away they wanted to introduce Pinsa to their Carlton site men
Jenno’s Coffee House currently uses Pinsa Romana Oval Bases, Mini Pinsa Romana Bases and the Pomodoro Tomato Sauce. Purchasing both Pinsa Romana oval and mini bases allows the team to cater to both adult and children’s menus with ease.
For Jenno’s Coffee House ease of service is essential, especially during busy periods and school holidays when footfall is at its highest.
Virtue’s Pinsa Romana bases enable all Jenno’s team to serve premium-quality pizzas quickly, without the need for specialist pizza making skills.

As a coffee house, Jenno’s has kept their pizza menu very small and focused to suit their customers while keeping pizza preparation straightforward for the team.
Their customers can enjoy pinsa as an eat in or take away option available in three topping options: Margherita, pepperoni and prosciutto.
To educate the customers about Pinsa Romana and it’s unique qualities, Jenno’s also display information above the counter, giving customers an insight into what makes pinsa different to other pizza bases on the market.
