This happy tribe of dough slingers turn to us for the supply of ready-made sourdough pizza dough balls when their festival season kicks off each spring!
From May – September each year these guys pump out around 30,000 sourdough pizzas of the highest quality – just check out the images!
To ensure they have the volume of dough when and where they need it, we pre-book their volumes before the season kicks off, and they are then able to tweak quantities nearer the time.
We often deliver directly to the festival sites to make it as simple as possible for Ross and his team.
