Recipe Overview
When the storms are raging and the cold keeps us indoors, nothing hits the spot more like an indulgent meal. Whether you’re snuggled up at home or enjoying the warm atmosphere of a welcoming pub or restaurant, this comforting triple cheese Romana pizza is a dish you’ll want to eat or spot or have on the menu.
This recipe is a decadent delight topped with three of our favourite cheeses: mozzarella, Italian hard cheese and a cheddar courtesy of the Cheshire Cheese Company.
We team up with these cheese experts because their unique range of waxed truckles offers something for every taste – from smoky, spicy, sweet or savoury. For this recipe, their Italiano Cheddar was the best choice. Infused with the flavours of tomato and garlic, it adds an extra layer of indulgence to this comforting pizza recipe.
