Amore Pinsa

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°C. Virtue Pinsa bases cook quickly in any commercial kitchen ovens.

  2. Place the Pinsa Romana Oval base flat on a clean work surface.

  3. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the base, leaving approximately a 1-inch border around the edge.

  4. Add small drops of organic liquid herb garlic oil over the crème fraîche, then sprinkle with fresh thyme.

  5. Transfer directly to the oven.

  6. Cook for 3 minutes, or until the base is crisp and lightly golden.

  7. Remove from the oven and top evenly with dollops of burrata, sliced beetroot and pickled shallots.

  8. Finish with a drizzle of Belazu Calabrian Chilli Hot Honey Sauce and an extra sprinkle of fresh thyme.

  9. Serve on an artisanal board, add some garnish and serve.
