Garlic bread is one of life’s simplest of guilty pleasures and this pinsa romana, or roman style pizza version with melting cheese and fresh herbs will have your customers singing your praises before they’ve finished the first round of drinks!

Ingredients
- 1x 250g round Virtue Pinsa Romana base
- 100g 10mm diced Mozzarella
- 30ml Olive Oil (or melted Ghee)
- 2tsp Organic Liquid Garlic (or 2 finely minced garlic bulbs)
- 1tsp Organic Liquid Oregano
- 1tsp Organic Liquid Basil
- Small bunch of Flat Leaf Parsley, roughly chopped
- Pinch of cracked Black Pepper
Method
- Pre-heat oven to around 250 °C. (300 °C for a stone deck pizza oven)
- If you have a pizza stone, place on the middle rack.
- Lay pinsa base on bench.
- Mix the olive oil (or ghee) with the Liquid Garlic & Liquid Herbs.
- Scatter the mozzarella evenly over the pinsa base.
- Drizzle over the oil and herb mixture.
- Scatter half of the fresh parsley over and transfer to the hot oven, directly onto the oven rack, or your pizza stone, if using one.
- Cook for 4-5 mins or until crisp and starting to lightly brown.
- Arrange garlic bread on serving board scatter with the remaining parsley and a crack of pepper.
- Serve immediately.
