Yesterfarm Fior di latte Mozzarella



Fior di Latte, or “flower of milk” is the professional pizzaolo’s go-to mozzarella for wonderful pizza!

Artisan Scottish dairy Yesterfarm produces this wonderful cheese which has a high melting point, designed for use in high-temperature pizza ovens.

A light starch dusting prevents the diced version clumping, making this product so easy to use!

2.0kg will make up to 25 awesomely stringy 12″ pizzas!

NOTE: Due to stock movements, sometimes this product will arrive short-dated, but it can be frozen (with no ill-effects) on arrival to give 6 months extra shelf life. We suggest you portion it before freezing for ease of future use.
