Smoked Duck Breast



Duck breast from selected farms is cured in a brine flavoured with thyme, juniper, black pepper, honey, maple syrup, and port. It is then smoked with beech wood.
Serve over a hoisin-based pizza, with spring onions, watercress and a drizzle of chilli honey!
