Fior di Latte, or “flower of milk” is the professional pizzaolo’s go-to mozzarella for wonderful pizza!
Brue Valley’s Glastonbury farm produces this wonderful cheese which has a high melting point, designed for using in high temperature pizza ovens.
A light potato starch dusting prevents clumping, making this product is so easy to use!
Due to the artisan nature of this product, the fresh use-by dates are short. Therefore we despatch frozen, giving you a 6 month shelf life.
2.5kg will make 25 – 30 awesomely stringy 12″ pizzas, so is a great pairing for our 24 case of sourdough!
